Sri Lanka Reach Final After Close Win Against Pakistan

In the tri-nation T20 series, Sri Lanka beat Pakistan by 6 runs in a close and exciting match, securing their place in the final while Zimbabwe were knocked out of the tournament. The match was played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium where Pakistan won the toss and chose to field first.
Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 184 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their 20 overs. Kamal Mishara played an outstanding innings of 76 runs, while Kusal Mendis supported with 40 runs. Dasun Shanaka also remained not out on 17, helping the team reach a strong total.
For Pakistan, Abrar Ahmed bowled well and claimed 2 wickets. Mohammad Wasim Jr. and Saim Ayub took one wicket each. Despite the bowling effort, Sri Lanka managed to post a competitive score on the board.

Chasing 184, Pakistan could score only 178 runs for 7 wickets in their allotted overs. Captain Salman Ali Agha remained not out with an impressive 63 runs. Usman Khan added 33 runs, while Mohammad Nawaz scored 27, but their efforts were not enough to secure a win.
Pakistan made two changes for this match, bringing in Salman Mirza and Abrar Ahmed in place of Naseem Shah and Usman Tariq. Sri Lanka kept the same playing XI that had won against Zimbabwe. The tri-nation series final will be played on Saturday between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, where fans hope for a stronger performance after the result in which Sri Lanka beat Pakistan by 6 runs.
